About the Clinic

Our Team – We have a highly trained and dedicated team of healthcare professionals which consists of Doctors, Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Outreach Workers, Health Advisors and a Specialist Psychosexual Counsellor.   Click here to see feedback from some of our patients.

Booked Appointments – you can visit the clinic for an appointment which can be booked up to 48 hours in advance by calling us on 0300 3038273 – phone lines open at 8:30am Mondays to Friday and 9.15am on Saturdays.

Sit and Wait Clinic – we also offer a ‘sit and wait’ clinic on Monday-Thursday afternoons; this starts at 1.30pm. You don’t need to book an appointment; patients are seen in the order they arrive and we aim to see you within 2 hours of your arrival.  You may be triaged by a Health Advisor who will book you in with the most appropriate clinician.  We’ll close the sit and wait clinic as soon as we’ve filled all available spaces.

Please note – if you arrive later the sit and wait clinic may already be full and you’ll be asked to come back another day; it’s impossible to know how busy the sit and wait clinic will be from one day to the next, so please bear this in mind when planning to visit the clinic.
